Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nukkun believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
Nukkun does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and edibles. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Eligibility for Refunds:
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the claim.
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to the manufacturer for any claims.
Refund Method:
- For successful cancellations where the payment was made via an online transaction, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used.
- If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer must provide a valid bank account to which the refund amount can be transferred.
Refund Approval:
- If a refund is approved by Nukkun, it will take 9-15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected back to your payment method.
